How to return products to the store
Pack the products you want to return
Remember to protect the returned goods from damage by inserting a suitable filling. Pack the shipment in a cardboard box of regular shape, or a foil pack used by a given courier company. Tape the shipment. Do not use stretch film.
Send your parcel via Convenient Returns
Go to the form where you will send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can send your parcel at a Parcel Locker or points such as: Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan, Carefour.
Wait for your refund
We will refund your money within 14 days. You will receive a refund to the account number provided in the withdrawal form.

- Return Time – You have 30 days from the day you receive your shipment to return the product.
- Product condition – we only accept complete products, in original packaging and without signs of use.
- How to return a product – you can do it in two ways:
- Through our website (Convenient Returns) – fill in the form and send the parcel at a Parcel Locker or points such as Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan or Carrefour.
- On your own – send a package to the address of our warehouse: RosaPack NoBlue, Dąbrowskiego 202/206, 93-231 Łódź
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Refund – we refund funds within 7 working days of receiving your package.
